Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your pet sitting booking, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. 48 hours or more before the booking: No cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours before the booking: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost will be charged. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you and your pets.
